In this role, you will be reporting to the Field Service Supervisor and will play an integral role in provideing support to the Field Service team.
Key Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and schedule service work for field and workshop technicians, working closely with the Field Service Foreman and Field Service Fitters.
Liaise with customers to arrange service appointments and provide updates on work progress.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of service orders, including documentation and billing.
Monitor and manage work order status to ensure timely completion and delivery.
