We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide timely and professional support to the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance, on an 11-month maximum term contract basis as a parental leave cover.
What is this role about?
The main purpose of this role is to support to provide timely and proessional support to the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance, undertaking a wide variety of administrative support and coordination functions working with both internal and external parties with a high degree of complexity, sensitivity and judgement.
The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist in all aspects of the role i.e. diary management, e-mails, correspondence, people management support and presentations
- Ensure briefing material is arranged and made available to the CFO in accordance with diary commitments
- Arrange meetings, agendas and take minutes as required, including management meetings and committee meetings
- Identify and take any follow up action arising from meeting minutes that are required
- During the CFO's absence take initiative to manage workflow and delegate tasks in consultation with others
- Drawing on support provided by others, have overall management of a range of critical client, supplier, and internal events and working groups, including coordination of agendas and presentation material
- Provide support and coordination of general office responsibilities
- Involvement in the organisation of large events
- Carry out special projects as allocated by CFO and Head of Finance
