Our Client This is an office that has been in operation for over 50 years. Its a small yet close knit team offering services in both Sales and Residential Property Management located in the Eastern Suburbs. We are looking for a 'Can do' Assistant Property Manager to join this team. You will be working closely with 2 highly experienced Property Managers. A great team to learn and grow with. Your duties will include:
Assisting with the processing of tenancy applications
Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including tenants, landlords etc
Handling prospective tenant enquiries
Conducting open for inspections;
Opportunities to assist with marketing collateral
Assisting with the preparation of tenancy agreements
Conducting in-going inspections
Consulting with owners to help them maximise leasing potential
Diary management
General administration
