Key Accountabilities
•Lead our uncompromising Safety-First culture throughout the organisation and customer relationships.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across respective territories to drive Engineering Solutions opportunities.
• Grow Engineering Solutions revenue by working with customer from conceptual design to delivery and completion of projects.
• Delivery of product specific training to sales and operational teams.
• Work with the sales team to drive maximum TU and FU of responsible categories.
• Working closely with the installation team to ensure safe and timely delivery of solution.
• Collaborate with design and temporary works engineers to determine effective solutions.
• Monitor market trends, emerging product opportunities, and assess customer needs to determine product or service offerings.
• Introduction of new product opportunities and support successful implementation into the business nationally.
• Gain specification for categories via consulting engineers.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Undertake any additional duties that are within your skill set and safe.
Professional Experience
The individual will have the following experience:
• Comprehensive construction and/or water infrastructure industry knowledge.
• Presentation skills and ability to deliver training and presentations to internal and external parties.
• A high degree of commercial acumen.
• Ability to provide profitable solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Strong sales capability including negotiation skills.
