Mater is looking for a Transformation Business Partner to join the team! Based at Newstead, this role reports to the Senior Director Transformation and Advisory.
Salary range: $114,746 - $122,915 per annum plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 access to many staff benefits!
The Transformation Business Partner is a critical role in Transformation. The role is responsible for working collaboratively with clinicians and leaders to develop, implement and monitor cross-functional transformation initiatives across Mater. These initiatives deliver transformational change in the way that Mater delivers patient outcomes, financial stewardship, operating effectiveness, and employee experience in a sustainable manner.
