Project Administrator

This role is essential during the delivery phase of a significant infrastructure project. As a Project Administrator, you will report to the Executive Assistant (EA) and provide key administrative support to the broader team. You will also be supported by the wider executive assistants and project administrators.
  

The opportunity:


Assist with administrative tasks related to the project, including managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and tracking progress.
Handle Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing processes, and travel documentation while maintaining organised records.
Support Leaders with expense reconciliation in the Financial System
Work closely with the project team, including Project Coordinators and EAs, to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  
Required skills and experience:


3 years? experience in office/project administration.
Familiarity with PO and invoicing processes, as well as travel documentation.
Proactive, confident, and self-motivated
