The Opportunity to join our Team and make a difference As Facilities Maintenance Team Leader, you will manage comprehensive planned and reactive facilities maintenance and asset management of Anglicares property portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of multiple properties, ensuring that all building systems operate efficiently, and managing a team of maintenance staff across various locations. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate maintenance activities to maintain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environments across all properties. Your role in supporting Anglicare will include:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties and building systems across multiple properties, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements etc.
Management of scheduled maintenance and SLAs with strong understanding of internal IT systems (i.e. Work Orders, Job Scheduling, Teams and similar maintenance-based program).
