Providing product information to customers
Liaising with internal teams to follow up on projects and orders About the individual:
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Experience working in a similar environment, office based admin or customer service role
A good phone manner and clear communication
Able to multi-task
Experience using MS office suite
ERP systems knowledge desirable but not required
