We are growing and hiring field sales representatives to join our Melbourne team. We are looking for a self-confident and motivated person to join our team. Ideally, we want someone energetic, fun, bubbly, and vibrant! You will be a sales and call specialist, responsible for contacting potential business customers and promoting our range of security system products. Main responsibilities: * Making calls to source new business opportunities. * Capturing interest and providing information to a potential client. * Database management. * Arranging appointments to hold conversations. * Achieving daily and weekly call targets and KPIs. Essential skills and experience: * B2B sales and/or telephone sales/customer service experience. * Minimum 1-year sales experience * Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a good telephone manner. * An approach with the ability to handle objections and rejection. You will need the following: ? Availability to work between Monday - Friday, working hours 8:30-4:30 onsite 5 days ? Care about the job you are doing and be able to have fun. ?
