Working as part of a small team, your responsibilities within this role will include:
Work with the Project Marketing Team Leader to prepare the marketing plan and budget for each assigned project.
Provide research/data/past project outcomes to demonstrate how the plan will achieve the necessary enquiry and lead generation to support sales budgets.
Ensure marketing plans and campaigns include eDMs, content development, collateral design, lead management and online, that are aligned to the approved strategy and guidelines.
Track and monitor marketing spend and prepare monthly reconciliations of expenditure against each projects marketing budget.
Tracking enquiries generated against marketing plans to assess success/gaps. Develop action plan to address any gaps.
Obtain and analyse relevant demographic data, housing trends
