JOB DESCRIPTION/Responsibilities
Design and implement on-premises, hybrid and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot Infrastructure for Networks, servers and applications.
Design, Develop and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, Network Security Groups, load balancing, proxy, availability zone, ExpressRoute, storage accounts, virtual machines and containers.
Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Azure services such as App Services, APIM, Functions, and Logic Apps.
Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (virtual networks, OS, Applications, databases), execution of scripting and monitoring automations.
Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra, Conditional Access Policies, and third-party single sign-on technologies.
Strong understanding of high availability and fault-tolerant system architectures, with experience in clustering, load balancing, and failover mechanisms
Implement security best practices for cloud-based and On-premises applications and services
Experience in deploying infrastructure, platforms and apps through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline.
Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions. Some experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
Installing, configuring and integrating MS Dynamics 365, MS SQL, IIS, Exchange server, SharePoint servers and System Center (Configuration Manager).
Experience in managing M365 services (Exchange, Azure, SharePoint, PowerApps, Endpoint manager, Tenant, etc.).
Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and ADFS, AD connector, Public Key Infrastructure and public Domain
Setup Branching and Code Repositories, Follow Release Process to Ensure the Code is deployed to QA/SIT/UAT/PROD environments on Time through Approval Process and updated the stakeholders.
Ensure the Compliance with Web API Security. Access Restrictions configuration in App Services.
Maintaining documentation including processes, procedures, Operational Manuals.
Provide Support day-to-day Enterprise Infrastructure and Cyber Security hardening, System Updates, Patches and Configuration Changes and Administration.
Qualifications/Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience deploying and supporting public cloud Infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience, with some supervisory experience being advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the administration of networking and servers.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong network fundamentals - IPv4/IPv6 addressing, NAT, SNAT, Routing.
Private cloud administration experience is essential - VMWare/Hypervisor.
Should have worked in the MS Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
Cloud migration experience is strongly desired.
On-premises AD and Azure AD experience with AD connector
JIRA Service Management is a plus
Familiar with automation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) and configuration as code (DSC and Ansible)
Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell or Bash)
Backup Administration experience is a plus (Azure backup, Veeam, veritas NetBackup)
MS SQL Server experience is a plus.
Experience in Firewall Fortinet, ExpressRoute, Azure Application gateway, WAF, Load balancing, Front door.
Good knowledge of OS Provision, hardening and patching.
Good knowledge of Azure Monitor, SCOM, SolarWinds, Manage Engine.
Good knowledge of AV solution such as Symantec and Trend Micro.
Experience in creating technical documentation and sharing knowledge with others through training delivery and mentoring.
Excellent Communication Skills - verbal, listening, and written (including technical writing).
