Projects ranging from $1m - $200m + this opportunity gives an experienced contracts administrator the opportunity to work over a large variety of project types.
The Role
A Contracts administrator role where you will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and oversee all CA responsibilities for a diverse range of fit out projects
Delivering fitout and refurbishment projects ranging from $2m - $50m
Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
Monthly budget management and reporting
Working collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within programme and on budget.
Experience/Qualifications Required
Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
