Curtis Coast Automotive is seeking a skilled and dedicated Motor Mechanic (Automotive Technician) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including petrol, diesel, and hybrid engines.
Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections to identify mechanical issues and provide accurate assessments for necessary repairs or replacements.
Problem-Solving: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and implement effective solutions.
Customer Service: Communicate with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair options, and provide professional advice on maintenance best practices.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Desirable Criteria:

Experience with a wide range of vehicle brands and models.
Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.
Certification in hybrid or electric vehicle maintenance.
