As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will join our renowned team and elevate our brands to new heights. In this role, you will pursue new business opportunities specifically focusing on MICE, driving revenue with exceptional expertise.
You will build and maintain strong, sophisticated relationships with MICE clients, generating high-value leads and securing elite business to Conference & Events. Your strategic vision and refined approach will exemplify the sophistication that defines our esteemed Conference & Events spaces, creating success through incomparable dedication.
Your duties will include:
- Business development and account management within the MICE sector.
- Forward and innovative approach to seeking new MICE business.
- Proactively selling Pullman & Mercure Conference & Events products and services.
- Work with the Sales & Marketing department to ensure simple clear systems are in place to successfully manage the sale and implementation of any new business.
- Ensure the best possible return for the hotel long term from these new and existing accounts.
- Work with the operational departments to ensure clear systems in place to achieve excellence in customer service and repeat business from managed accounts.
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure the overall strategies of the hotel are achieved.
