  • Part-time (0.8FTE) ongoing position based from one of our four sites (Gympie, Hervey Bay, Rockhampton or Emerald) + Work from home WFH
  • $46.35ph + Super + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging up to $18,550 + Hybrid working conditions 

EACH is proud to be the Lead Agency of the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, and Suicide Prevention (MHAODSP) program, a new initiative delivering comprehensive, integrated, and person-centred care across the CCQ region (Central Queensland, Wide Bay, Sunshine Coast).  
 
Collaborating with 9 partnering organisations the aim of this service is to address service gaps by enhancing accessibility and integrating primary mental health care, AOD, psychosocial support, and early intervention and prevention through a multidisciplinary, person centred model of care. Job Description  
Reporting to the Program Coordinator you will support the Psychological Services for Underserved or Hard-to-Reach Populations (PSUHRP) program which is an initiative that delivers short-term psychological therapies to individuals in rural or remote areas as well as those encountering cultural, linguistic, socioeconomic, or geographical challenges. 

As Data Officer the position involves managing data, developing efficient data collection systems, and overseeing program administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Using data to manage client intake, allocate resources, and oversee caseloads effectively.
  • You'll also develop and maintain processes for internal and external data reporting, ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
  • Proactively identifying process improvements, supporting demand management and quarterly planning, and providing meeting support are also key aspects of the role.

About you  
If you're an experienced and detail-oriented Data professional, with a background in providing advanced administrative support to senior stakeholders in comparable large-scale enterprises and demonstrable experience as a support officer in a project-based environment, ideally business/IT projects, you might be exactly the person we're looking for! 
You will also have:  

  • Demonstrable experience of project controls including budgets, forecasts, risks, and issues; familiarity with the reporting of these controls, including governance reporting and steering committee meetings.  
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (advanced), including experience with project scheduling (MS Project), as well as knowledge of databases such as Track and MS Access.  
  • Proven track record in developing, implementing, and maintaining operational workflow processes.  
  • Proven track record in developing Excel spreadsheets, reporting data (e.g., charts), and checking for data integrity.  
  • Proven record of checking KPIs against targets.
