- Collaborate with Project Accountants, Project Managers, and Business leaders to achieve optimal financial outcomes.
- Provide financial leadership and instill accountability across Project Controls and Operational Finance functions.
- Support project-related tasks including set-up, maintenance, invoicing, revenue recognition, cash position, ETC, project forecasting, and project analysis.
- Ensure accurate project costing and forecasting within the ERP system.
- Produce monthly revenue recognition reports in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Lead the billing process, including generating prebills, billing maintenance, and invoice generation.
- Drive positive working capital outcomes and provide regular insights to leadership, including weekly cash forecasts.
- Act as the key business partner for Project Managers, providing project finance support and solving complex financial issues
