A fantastic opportunity has opened for someone looking to join as a Senior Property Manager in one of Brisbanes premiere agencies, Place Estate Agents, at our Annerley Office. This opportunity will afford you the ability to work in a supportive team with opportunities for growth along the way! This role is only Monday to Friday, no weekends required! Key responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of approximately 140 properties, all within reasonable proximity to Annerley.
Property management duties inclusive of, but not limited to, end-to-end management, repairs, maintenance, arrears management, lease renewals and entry and exit reports
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
To allow you to focus on the client experience, you will be supported by having;
Full time Trust Accountant
Full time BDM and a dedicated team member conducting routine inspections
