Local Provider of Credit facilities is looking for a Credit Application Support Coordinator. This role will suit candidates who have a good grasp of Technology and can work their way functionally around credit application software. This role is permanent, located in Adelaide CBD, has WFH after probation and they have a strong work/life culture. Responsibilities:
Provide support to clients regarding credit applications.
Answer phone calls, messages, and emails from clients regarding their queries, troubleshooting error and/or issues as required.
Conduct credit application demos and/or training sessions with clients as required (e.g., via Teams or in person as required).
Provide support to internal users regarding applications (e.g., LMS), resolving issues and/or errors via phone or email as required. Actioning high risk tasks / task with restricted access as required.
