Exhibit a high level of technical expertise, oversight and guidance to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Engage in mechanical engineering tasks such as successful delivery of discipline projects, including identifying project risks, problem-solving, communicating issues, and delivering solutions.
Manage small, medium and large sized projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
Handle mechanical design for various building projects, including generating reports, conducting studies, performing design calculations, creating drawings and specifying requirements.
You will have the opportunity to thrive in a client-facing role with the ability to develop business. Act as a senior representative for the company, managing client relationships.
Be mentored by leading experts within the industry.
Mentor junior colleagues offering guidance and education to enhance their ability.
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years' Australian experience in a consultancy environment within building services.
Successful track record in collaborating as a team as well as working autonomously.
Display commitment to establishing and nurturing client relationships to foster repeat business opportunities.
Time management and prioritisation skills to juggle multiple projects successfully,
Embrace a positive can-do attitude, work effectively within the team and uphold a robust work ethic.
