The client is looking for a full time and permanent Photographer to join a dynamic team, specializing in Indian wedding photography. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a creative flair, and the ability to capture the essence of each event through stunning visuals. As a Photographer at Rolling Canvas Presentations, you will play a crucial role in creating lasting memories for the clients by producing high-quality images for Indian weddings that tell their unique stories.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of photography assignments, from pre-production planning to post-production editing, ensuring that every shot aligns with the client's vision and our high standards of excellence.
Minimum Requirements:
• You must hold relevant bachelor’s degree or higher OR a minimum 5 years of photography experience or similar
• Proven at least 2 years’ experience as a professional photographer, preferably in the Indian wedding and corporate event industry
• Participate off site shoots and content creation
• Confident in providing input and sharing ideas
Responsibilities:
In this role your main responsibilities include:
• Capture high-quality photographs at Indian weddings and corporate events.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand their vision and requirements.
• Use creative techniques to enhance the storytelling aspect of each project.
• Edit and retouch photographs to ensure the highest standards of quality.
• Maintain and organize photography equipment.
• Adjust camera angles, aperture settings and subjects to achieve desired composition
• Adjust lighting and filters to accentuate highlights and colours
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in photography techniques.
• Plan and execute photo shoots, including location scouting and setting up lighting.
• Ensure timely delivery of edited photographs to clients.
• Manage digital archives and backups of all photos.
• Assist in creating promotional materials using photography for marketing purposes.
Skills and attributes:
• Proven experience as a photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing Indian wedding photography
• Creative mindset with an eye for developing content that is engaging and original
• Proficiency in photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting.
• Excellent editing skills with proficiency in software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
