An opportunity is available for an experienced Station Manager on Maneroo, a privately-owned grazing operation located on the Darr River, 50 kilometres from Longreach in Queensland. This property runs a mix of fattening and breeding cattle.
In this hands-on position, you will communicate regularly with the owner and will be responsible for carrying out all station operations to high standards of animal welfare in a safe working environment.
This position is suited to a well organised, energetic, hardworking Station Manager with a minimum of 3 years continuous demonstrated experience managing all aspects of herd, pasture, and waters in north-western Queensland within the last 5 years with, who enjoys working with cattle and wants a long-term position on a station with good proximity to services.
