Responsibility:
Partner with Account Executives to drive deals from pilot to close.
Partner with Customer Success to drive growth in renewals.
Drive the discovery process, helping to uncover your customer’s current pains and align to their business objectives.
Prepare and deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations which show the company's value proposition.
Guide customers through the evaluation process of company's ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements.
Become the first line of defense for technical activities, such as RFI responses, product demonstrations, customer onboardings, workflow mapping, technical support.
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience with 5 years implementing & using 3D modeling software.
Experience in a customer-facing, B2B role.
Experience in Technical Pre-sales, Technical Support or a client facing a technical role.
Experience in or in-depth familiarity with the Construction Industry.
Previous experience in the Construction Industry - (i.e. Project Manager, VDC Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, Foreman).
Advanced knowledge of AEC workflows and awareness of BIM solutions focused on Construction.
Bonus points for a detailed understanding of CDE and Construction/Project Management solutions
