Albright Institute is currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager join our team in our Brisbane campus with main focus to recruit international students from LATAM markets and be excited about the growth that shape the future of our business. Working with extremely supportive management team, great team members from all around the globe and a challenging and dynamic environment will ensure you grow and help our business grow as well.
Main responsibilities
Recruit international students directly or indirectly from the targeted countries by liaising with onshore and offshore education agents.
Establish and maintain relationships with local and international education agents this includes agent visits, email, and phone and zoom meeting correspondence, monitoring agent performance and negotiating with future enrolment performance
Being a key contact point with agents and potential students to support Albright business objectives and ensure compliance.
Provide ongoing service, support, and training to Albright’s existing agent network.
Implementation of marketing strategies, provide regular guidance for advertising campaigns to social media team, and marketing events to promote the Albright.
Essential requirements for the role:
At least two-year experience in sales/business development/marketing for education institutes providing VET and ELICOS courses
Experience in liaising with education agents
Be familiar with RTO and CRICOS regulatory requirements and Student Management System
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strategic thinking and planning
Ambitious, Passionate, Highly Committed & Self-Motivated.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Role must open to travel to interstate and international
