Job Description
Working closely with brokers and borrowers, this role will attend to all matter of credit, including, but not limited to
Setting up and maintaining current files
Liaising with brokers and borrowers about their loans
Instructing lawyers on new files
Working closely with the investments team to ensure successful mortgage outcomes.
Drafting mortgage documents
Managing administrative staff on the credit side
Instructing and reviewing valuations
Attending to security documents post settlement.
