DIRECTORATE: Infrastructure, Planning & Environment CLASSIFICATION: Grade 14 SALARY: $90,899 to $119,987 pa 11.5% employer contribution to superannuation REPORTING TO: Senior Building Surveyor EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent Full Time THE POSITION: This position will actively support the Senior Building Surveyors to provide a customer focused and responsive Building Surveying service to the community. The jobholder will undertake delegated Building Surveying regulatory functions and duties associated with buildings & structures (all classes under the National; Construction Code), development approvals, swimming pools and fire safety assessment, approvals and inspections.
