Bristile Roofing is looking for dedicated Machine Operators, to join our plant in Dandenong. As a key member of our production team, you will report directly to the Shift Supervisors responsible for safely and efficiently setting up and operating machinery equipment involved in the manufacture of building products. Duties include but are not limited to: Set up, operate and clean mechanical equipment in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) at all times. Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner, compliant with WHSE policies and procedures. Set controls, fix attachments and materials to prepare for operation. Perform basic problem solving and diagnosis of machine issues and escalates non-routine issues to maintenance team for resolution. Assist and contribute to Operational Excellence initiatives.
