You will need to hold a minimum of an Australian-recognised Bachelor degree, and postgraduate TESOL qualification and have significant teaching experience.
In addition to the above, you will possess:
A National Police Check for visa purposes.
A willingness and ability to work in China for at least 6 months.
Demonstrated ability to follow a prescribed curriculum and learning framework and differentiate delivery to individual EAL/D student abilities, language levels, needs and interests.
Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills including a capacity to develop constructive relationships with students and other staff to be a productive and collaborative member of a university or school education community.
Demonstrated computer and organisational skills to ensure reporting and all administrative tasks associated with the role are completed with a high level of accuracy.
