This role will suit and experienced Coordinator or Administrator looking to take the next step in their career. The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
Strong systems skills, and demonstrated experience administering training systems and databases or ability to pick up new systems and software easily and quickly.
Strong attention to detail and high level of organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks simultaneously within set time frames.
Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus.
Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded and commitment to ongoing learning and skill development a must.
Training administration gained in a medium to large organisation will be highly regarded.
