The purpose of the Early Childhood Education & Care (ECEC) division is to provide strategic planning and implementation to clients in long daycare and OSHC services, ensuring the corporate structure meets the needs of the organisation, regulatory requirements and that  all educators have the skills and learning resources required to perform their roles and responsibilities in a safe and healthy work environment.  •    Identify skills gaps to inform, manage and deliver training needs. •    Deliver whole of organisation learning, coaching and mentoring programs. •    Respond to, report on, record and retain incident logs. •    Investigate negative carer feedback and advise most appropriate course of action. •    Review and assess compliance with operational policies and procedures.   Benefits Opportunities for professional development and growth Supportive work environment Chance to make a positive impact on early childhood education Negotiated working from home arrangements Task & Responsibilities 1.    Reviewing, improving and developing age appropriate educational programs for ECEC clients  2.    Conducting assessment of educators in service to monitor, review and provide recommendations for improvements to techniques and approaches, including for children with additional needs. 3.    Support and advise educators to develop improvement education programs for ECEC clients. 4.    Developing and implementing educational programs for early childhood through reviewing and refining all Policies and Procedures relating to the development of early childhood education programs 5.    Providing guidance and support to educators and parents 6.    Providing a framework for pedagogical support and practice improvement across all client OSHC services. 7.    Conducting assessments and evaluations of educational practices through conducting strategic skills gap assessment and matrix to inform training and development needs. 8.    Collaborating with stakeholders to improve early childhood education 9.    Develop and project manage the implementation of a Learning Management System. 10.    Develop best practice guidelines and educator training for program development and use of physical space. 11.    Review, plan and implementation of whole of organisation training and development needs. 12.    Review, improve and implement training cycle including induction, responsible person and Medical Management. 13.    Staying current on best practices and trends in early childhood education Qualification & Experience Essential Masters in Education  Business Certification   Competencies required to achieve the accountabilities outlined above.  1.    Experience in writing policies and procedures specific to ECEC 2.    In depth knowledge and understanding of ECEC best practice 3.    Knowledge and understanding of training development and LMS 4.    Ability to develop corporate and ECEC training programs 5.    Experience facilitating and training ECEC educators 6.    Project and Project Management  7.    Ability to characterise teaching methodologies and didactic mediations,  8.    Monitoring and strengthening program relevance  9.    In depth knowledge and understanding of inclusion and inclusive practices in an ECEC environment 10.    Ability to develop and train for Strategic Inclusion Plan 11.    Knowledge and understanding of WH&S in an OSHC setting 12.    Knowledge and experience developing strategies to build strong relationships and cultures between educators, children and families.  13.    Thorough understanding of NQAITS guidelines and processes.   About Company CXO Advisory is a specialised consulting firm operating at the nexus of diverse business sectors, primarily serving private companies and non-profit organisations across Australia.  CXO Advisory offers indispensable guidance on organisational growth, operational optimisation, and strategic planning.
