Benefits Competitive salary Opportunities for growth Collaborative work environment Professional development opportunities Task & Responsibilities Assisting in the enhancement of current products of the company through applied engineering solutions to ensure continuous improvement and innovation Assisting in comprehensive research on new technologies, designs and prototypes or refine existing ones from previous projects to align with the requirements of the current projects and technological advancements. Assisting in conducting performance tests on prototype designs and make all the necessary improvements. Developing accurate and achievable plans for each area (Printing, Die Cutting, Lunakrome, Assembly, Lens, and Engineering) with focus on efficient use of resources Managing stock levels and generating stock control reports to optimize stock levels and reduce costs as jobs progress through production. Revising production plans based on priority and optimal resource utilization; communicating updates to production departments and other stakeholders Generating efficiency reports by employee and area (Printing, Die Cutting, Lunakrome, Assembly, Lens, and Engineering) Creates DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) and other analytical reports as requested by management Closely monitor each section of the process, identify bottlenecks, and try to improve those areas. Plan production strategically to save time in machine changes and machine setup. Support the Estimate Order Input Department in preparing estimates and job cards for production. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Experience in a similar role Strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of engineering principles Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a team Attention to detail Understanding of industry standards About Company Luna Nameplate Industries (LNI) was established in Melbourne in 1970 as a manufacturing screen printer.
