About the job: We are seeking experienced meat workers (boners, slicers, and slaughtermen) and general entry production workers who value coming to work in a safe and supportive environment, with an Equal Opportunity Employer and are seeking a career path offering stability and rewarding commitment. With various areas requiring reliable new team members, depending on your previous experience and skill sets, you could find yourself doing any of the following activities:

Production work/process line
Trimming, cutting, boning and slicing
Cleaning and sterilizing work areas and equipment
General labouring
Chiller room operations
Operation of equipment and machinery
Distribution and warehousing
Packing
Scanning
Industrial cleaning

Level 1: Annual: $46,357 p.a Hourly rates: $23.46 p.h Level 3: Annual: $49,637 p.a Hourly rates: $25.12 p.h Level 4: Annual: $50,487 p.a Hourly rates: $25.55 p.h Level 5: Annual: $51,534 p.a Hourly rates: $26.08 p.h Level 6: Annual: $53,668 p.a Hourly rates: $27.16 p.h Entry-level pay rates are based on no or little relevant experience, You will have the opportunity to progress through the above levels based on role availability, aptitude for the tasks, prior attendance, and performance record. Available Positions: 100 Estimated Start Date: 16/08/2024 To be successful, you must meet the following requirements:

Australian Citizen / Permanent Residency / Full Working Rights in Australia are essential
Pass a Pre-employment medical check including drug alcohol test
Physical Stamina, Attention to detail, Strong Work Ethic and willing to work as part of a diverse team
Willingness to work in hot and cold environments in a factory setting
Q-Fever vaccinated or willing to receive the vaccination
Be able to provide two reference checks
Immediate start possible
Availability across day and afternoon shift - Early morning and Mid-afternoon starts depending on your assigned role and previous experience.
