We are excited to welcome a passionate and committed Laboratory Assistant to our team in Alexandria, NSW, on a casual basis. This role is vital to our sample preparation section, where you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing various samples, including soil, water, and air.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Undertake routine sample preparations for soil, water and air analyses which will include handling of acids, solvents and other reagents.
- Ensure work is carried out in a timely manner paying attention to the due date.
- Ensure compliance with analytical methods and quality MS.
- Preparation of standards and reagents
- Analysis and recording of data/results.
- Assist chemists and supervisors in various tasks including loading of instruments, waste disposal etc.
