JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
1 Degree in Engineering (related field).
2 At least 2 years working experience in QA/QC.
3 Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem solving skills.
4 Able to communicate effectively with Superior, Customer and Subordinates.
5 The ability to closely follow quality standard.
6 Great team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
7 Willing to travel and flexible person.
8 Ability on report writing and documentation.
9 Possess leadership quality, managerial writing and reporting skills.
10 Good discipline and attitude.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1 Attend to customer complaint and feedback to complaint.
2 Follow up on corrective and preventive action taken.
3 Schedule subcontract audit and follow up with subcontractor on quality issues.
4 Conduct monthly quality meeting and inter department meeting.
5 Approve testing lot.
6 Liaise with customer
7 Evaluate & acknowledge certification (calibration).
8 Monitoring 6S/kaizen activity.
9 Approval for job output and target.
10 Filing/documentation/purchasing.
11 Monitoring QA/QC activity and support subordinate work load when required.
12 Conduct training (to relevant staff) when required.
13 Ensuring Occupational Safety & Health policy is implemented and maintaned in good condition.
