? Lead and contribute to the development of architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
? Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, presenting design proposals and effectively incorporating client feedback into the design process.
? Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient project delivery, communicating this effectively with clients.
? Collaborate with other professionals, such as engineers and contractors, to achieve project goals.
? Apply technical expertise in architectural software to produce detailed drawings and specifications.
? Compose detailed specifications and contractual documents for builders, incorporating design details, materials and construction methods.
? Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards.
? Stay abreast of industry trends, incorporating innovative and sustainable design practices into projects.
? Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to bring design concepts to fruition.
? Conduct site visits to assess project progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to design intent.

Qualifications/Attributes:???
• Must hold a Bachelor in Architecture or higher qualification.
• Must possess at least a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess creative thinking and project management skills.
Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
