A growing Cloud Managed Service Provider based in Melbourne's South-East requires a Solutions Architect to join its Professional Services team for a permanent vacancy commencing immediately. Your new role In this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:
Contributing to the definition and management of the collective technology architecture (including network, cloud, security and collaboration).
Providing Pre-Sales support and Consulting services to clients (RFP/RFQ/RFI responses).
Preparing High and/or Detailed Level Infrastructure Designs, SoWs, Solution Planning, Pricing & Effort Estimation, Bill of Materials, Business Case Justifications, Client Presentations, Business Models, etc.
Designing and Architecting solutions for Cloud Migrations, Virtualisation, Networking, Servers, Storage and Backups.
Ensuring Quality Assurance is performed and conducting QA reviews on deliverables.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:
Strong experience in the solution design, architecture and deployment of Modern Workplace, Cloud, Systems, Network and Security solutions.
Solid experience in Office 365, Exchange, Azure, Active Directory, Virtualisation (VMware / Hyper-V), Automation, Backup, Storage and Network Infrastructure solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and VMware certifications are highly beneficial.
Proven experience working within the Professional Services team of a Consultancy or a Managed Service Provider is advantageous.
Current driver's license and access to a car.
