About the Role
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for various business analysis activities in the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will have experience as an ICT business analyst and a strong background in information technology.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements followed by a detailed analysis of requirements.
• Manage improvement projects and show developments in efficiency and productivity metrics.
• Create a process map of business activities and model business processes (current and future).
• Design and develop process flow diagrams by identifying process dependencies.
• Bridge the gap between the business and IT development teams.
• Perform feasibility analysis and pre-proposal assessment, identify and mitigate risks, and estimate the implementation plan.
• Interact with end users to understand the problem and design functional specifications and if needed, help the technical resources in
understanding the issue.
• Design functional specifications, identify and analyse gaps, perform fit-gap analysis, map requirements, generate test plans, and create test
scenarios.
• Design and develop user training manuals in various formats.
Skills and Experience:
• Relevant qualifications (Bachelors / Masters).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst or similar profile.
