Our client is seeking a Japanese speaking experienced Product Manager to help on clients acquisition and communications digital products and platforms. In this role, you will work closely with their clients to develop and execute strategies that drive client acquisition and enhance communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have Japanese language skill with a strong background in product management, marketing, and communications, with ideally expertise in the financial and trading services sector. This position is pivotal in helping their clients achieve their growth goals and effectively communicate their value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Consultation and Strategy Development:

? Collaborate with clients to define and execute product roadmaps for acquisition and communications initiatives.
? Provide expert advice on aligning product strategies with clients' business objectives and market needs.
? Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for client product improvements and new features.


Acquisition Strategy Consulting:

? Develop and recommend strategies for clients to acquire new customers and expand market reach for their digital platforms.
? Assist clients in creating compelling product presentations, demos, and proposals to be used for software development projects.
? Analyze and optimize clients' acquisition funnels to maximize conversion rates and ROI.


Product Roadmap and Software Development Life Cycles:

? Work with software development teams to develop new product features that
come out of agreed strategies with clients.
? Maintain a Product Roadmap for the different streams of work that would be delivered for the clients.


Communications and Marketing Technology Guidance:

? Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to promote clients' software platforms.
? Develop and manage content for clients' communication channels, including websites, blogs, social media,affiliate and email campaigns.
? Collaborate with clients' design teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials.


Stakeholder Engagement:

? Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all product-related consultations and communications.
? Gather and prioritize client feedback to inform product development and technological improvements.
? Facilitate collaboration between clients and engineering teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.


Performance Measurement and Reporting:

? Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of clients' acquisition and communication efforts.
? Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
? Use data-driven insights to refine clients' strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Japanese speaker (Clients are Japanese speaking) with cultural understanding
5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or communications, preferably within the financial or trading services sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working on digital/online platforms.
Proven track record of successfully consulting on product acquisition and communications initiatives.
Strong understanding of financial and trading services software platforms and industry trends.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms is preferred
Understanding of Agile Development methodologies, including SCRUM is preferred but not mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred (Master's degree preferred).
