Job Description:
Join Mars Confectionary in Ballarat and become an integral part of the factory operations team as the Inventory Coordinator. You will be responsible for the overall inventory integrity including accuracy, stock take disciplines, inventory error management, stock adjustments and reporting, that relates to raw and scrap materials within the designated area of responsibility.
You will work closely with the inventory management team along with other key factory management members across the Ballarat Mars Confectionary site, to ensure correct inventory control. You will be responsible for administering the inventory of raws and packaging and reporting to ensure scrap and rework is recorded correctly and adjusted efficiently for any discrepancies.
These roles will operate on a 4 day on, 4 day off rotating day shift pattern across 7 days.
