We are seeking applications from candidates with 5-10 years M&A / advisory experience that align with our values and culture, and that are interested in the rapid growth and development that comes with a high performing execution focussed business like ours.
Typical duties for the role include:
• Analytical, due diligence and transactional support on transactions and business development
• Developing and reviewing financial models, conducting research and analysing data
• Review and interpretation of financial statements and other financial data
• Project management including client contact and managing the project team
About you:
• At least 5 years’ experience with M&A transaction workstreams, including company and sector analysis, developing valuation models, transaction/trading comparables, and due diligence processes
• Ability to analyse, interpret, reconcile and communicate financial information
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• A strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in corporate advisory
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills allied to practical judgement
• Strong communication skills
• Deep experience with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
• Bachelor degree or higher qualification with a Finance or Commerce major
• Higher qualifications (such as an MBA) are also highly desirable
