Seeking a dynamic individual to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with IBs, driving business growth for our financial firm.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and attract new IBs.
- Build and sustain strong connections with IBs.
- Educate IBs on our products and services.
- Track and analyze IB performance metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote brokerage offerings.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Handle commission structures with IBs.
- Gather insights to enhance processes and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or any field.
- Proven experience in business development, ideally in financial services.
- However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Malay (Mandarin will be advantageous).
