What is expected?
Academic Excellence: A bachelor's degree from a Maritime Academy or equivalent marine-related advanced or university level qualifications
In depth understanding and experience of marine industry and terminal operations is required
Onshore management experience in a similar role
Experience in Industrial Relations in a heavy industry and/or maritime environment preferred.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
4 years of relevant work experience
Hands on pro-active work approach
The successful applicant must have Australian work rights and must be willing to reside locally in either Townsville or Mackay.
