What success looks like in this role:
Site Network Infrastructure Support: to enhance the performance and the availability of the local IT infrastructure services by supporting the remote teams accountable for monitoring and running these services through the provision of a local technical resources.
Manage Site IT infrastructure availability, which includes but not limited to support of WAN-LAN-Wireless connectivity, Enterprise Voice, within business or non-business hours (as per requirement) based on client standard support model as defined by the client network team.
Support network/internet connection circuits (Installations, Management, Audit trail) as defined by the client network team.
Network maintenance and troubleshooting (Wired and Wireless) as defined by the client network support team.
Maintain EV (Voice Enterprise) gateway devices.
Site Incident and Escalation Management: Provide local support for corporate services functions (Service managers, engineers, incident managers) in case of an incidents effecting/impacting local services and infrastructure (i.e., systems network, hardware, cabling,
