The Senior Manager - Strategy Consulting sits within a small but effective global team and is part of the Brisbane unit within APAC. With a focus on delivery on specific engagements alongside guiding consultants within the team, core responsibilities include:
Working with senior leaders to identify, scope and deliver consulting projects
Autonomously deliver on projects, working collaboratively within and across teams
develop and lead the project work plan within the bounds of the right mindsets and behaviours
Develop consultants and Senior Consultants within the team, guiding their growth and success
