Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Trailer Technology (AUR 31820)
Statewide Apprenticeships are seeking an apprentice Trailer Mechanic to join our team working in Murray Bridge
Working a minimum of 38 hours per week for a full-time apprenticeship will be paid as per the relevant award unless otherwise advised.
Duties may include
Work on trailers, B- double and other multi-combination trailers, single axle trailers to multi-axle trailers
Service and repair brakes, suspension, final drive (hubs and differentials), pneumatic systems and hydraulic systems
Dynamic control systems (ABS, ESP and Rollover)
Wiring harnesses
Wiring new lights for trailers
To develop the skills to perform mechanical work in the automotive, heavy vehicle service and repair sector
About you
Have a genuine passion for mechanics
Be committed to undertaking a 48-month apprenticeship
Possess a driver?s licence
