The Role: We are currently looking to fill Two Scaffold Traineeship positions, as per the requirements below, for our team at South32 operations.
As a successful candidate, you will embark on an 18-month traineeship, a unique opportunity to learn and master the skills of erecting, dismantling, altering & rectifying scaffold installations to an intermediate level.
Working within a team-based environment in the southwest at Worsley Alumina is a full-time position with a minimum of 38 hours per week. The successful applicant shall be trained and upskilled with all relevant High-Risk tickets and qualifications, such as intermediate scaffolder, Ewp, Overhead crane, and Dogman tickets, to become an All-round Scaffolder in the scaffolding industry.
The successful applicant will have:
Strong communication and people skills
Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge
C - Class Driver License & reliable transport
