Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Responding to all inbound emails and phone calls from customers.
Answering all queries from site managers and operational store managers directors.
Working with customers to administer refunds and warranty claims.
Communications internally with all other departments.
