Job Title: Operations Research Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
As an Operations Research Analyst at Bluehaven, your role will be integral to optimizing our operational processes and enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic planning and in-depth analysis. Your tasks will include:
• Strategic Development and Client Interaction: Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop objectives and strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and optimise resource usage. Identify organisational shortcomings and propose actionable solutions.
• System Analysis and Optimization: Analyse current operational systems and structures, particularly those related to the construction and installation of pools. Engage with staff at all levels to understand and improve existing methods.
• Process Documentation and Improvement: Undertake comprehensive reviews of our workflows, procedures, and methods. Develop and update workflow charts, records, and manuals to ensure they reflect best practices and efficient operations.
• Recommendation and Implementation: Prepare detailed proposals to refine operational methods, alter workflows, and redefine job functions to resolve identified issues. Assist in implementing these changes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and operational excellence.
• Continuous Monitoring and Feedback Integration: Regularly review operational procedures and standards, advising on any deviations and recommending further improvements based on new data or feedback from project sites.
• Project Management and Documentation: Lead projects to implement process improvements, including preparing detailed documentation and revised procedural manuals to guide and train staff on new practices.
