Seeking 2 Finance Accounting Leads, on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will report directly to the Commercial Finance Manager- Retail. You will embody exceptional leadership capabilities and play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation of Microsoft D365 ERP system, with a focus on process updates
- To assist managing financial accounting activities (including month end close activities)
- To manage compliance with Balance Sheet reconciliations policy
- To provide on the job training and coaching to offshore Accenture team, as key point of contact for escalation of issues
- Assist in Fixed Asset & Inventory management with the ability to pro-actively investigate issues as they arise
- Supplier rebate management, including reviewing invoicing and assisting with queries as they arise
- Finance experience in a retail environment desirable but not essential
- Experience collaborating and coordinating with a broad range of stakeholders across a business
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
