The Retail Media Associate will work across all components of the media campaign process. In this role you will partner with several key stakeholders both internally and externally.
The role is responsible for delivering seamless campaigns across multiple channels by acting as the contact point between Retail Media Leads, Operations and the Supplier. Providing service and support pre, during and post campaigns for our partners and clients.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
End to end delivery of all Supplier Media campaigns from briefing, booking, post campaign analysis and service.
- Be proactive in identifying areas of process improvement and providing exceptional communication lines to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain external stakeholder relationships through exceptional client service & responsiveness.
- Contribute to the successful implementation of new processes and new systems.
- Gain exposure to a wide range of Retail Media channels and the world of Retail Marketing.
- Assist the Retail Media Leads in ad-hoc client requests.
- Present alongside Retail Media Leads sales opportunities and PCA’s.
- Deliver well thought out PCA’s, providing unique insight into campaign delivery & performance.
- Supporting new business through onboarding and delivery.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with managing client bookings. Accurately receive bookings, deliver IO’s and manage campaign delivery including POP and reporting.
- Manage client creative process by sending correct specs, receiving material and instructing the appropriate internal teams proactively.
