Benefits Full Time Employment Competitive hourly rate Ongoing Training and Support Career advancement opportunities Task & Responsibilities Maintain a clean truck and ensure cleanliness after use Operate within road rules and ensure safety at all times Perform basic maintenance on trucks and trailers Ensure goods are loaded, unloaded, and secured properly for transit Adhere to all safe work practices and handle manual tasks efficiently Provide exceptional service while meeting delivery targets and deadlines Qualification & Experience Licenses & Certifications: Current MC Drivers License Forklift License Current First Aid Certification Dangerous Goods License Load Restraint Ticket Road ranger experience Knowledge of traffic laws and relevant legislation Fatigue Management/Chain of Responsibility Online Training (desirable) Skills & Abilities: Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical including Drug and Alcohol screening Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual with reliable transport Ability to work within the set safe work practices, including manual handling for loading, unloading, and securing goods for transit Able to drive within the road rules and safely Ability to maintain trucks & trailers with basic maintenance Professional and respectful presentation (clean and tidy) Previous experience with Electric Hand Trollies and Scanning Devices Ideal Candidate: Available for night shifts, occasional country runs, and weekend runs Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a logistics operation environment Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Experience in a high-pressure environment with the ability to adapt to change Proven ability to provide high-level service within set timeframes Strong organizational and time management skills Experience in meeting targets and KPIs Strong OHS awareness and work ethic Adaptability to an ever-changing work environment safely and efficiently Ability to cope well under pressure and work unsupervised Salary: $73669-80000 Job Publish: 11-07-2024 Job Expire: 10-08-2024 Please click to View more detail / apply .
